Our previous work and unparalleled reputation has seen us achieve approved supplier status at both Unique Venues of London and Historic Royal Palaces.
As a result, we regularly provide lighting, audio, video, scenic and rigging services to some of the most prestigious venues across the United Kingdom.
Theatre Conference

As an appointed dealer to some of the industry’s leading audio manufactures, we have immediate access to the latest audio technology.
We have supplied our audio services on events ranging from the reopening of Hintze Hall at the Natural History Museum, the Stonewall Equality Dinner and the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Award. We have the resources to offer the very best audio support on any occasion in any venue.

Video 
The use of video has come to play an essential role in venues. At WL, we supply all forms of video support; whether it’s a plasma screen, LED video walls or state-of-the-art projectors. We work closely with the client, on any event of any scale, to ensure that we supply the exact video support they require.
Whilst we are able to provide the very latest video equipment within a venue, we also offer live streaming and video conferencing facilities to ensure that events can be engaged with across the globe, by as many people as possible.
Our innovative use of video within venues has seen us win awards, such as when we transformed the interior of Banqueting House by project mapping the windows to create an immersive environment. This saw us win the Event Technology Award for Best Use of AV Technology as well as be nominated for a host of other accolades.
Lighting 
We know that lighting can be an extremely powerful tool: completely transforming a space, reinforcing brand values and promoting a certain message.
We have been providing lighting services for over 45 years and draw on this extensive experience to bring the very best lighting solutions to any event.
As an approved supplier to Historic Royal Palaces, Unique Venues of London and many more, we have worked in some of the world’s most prestigious venues and know exactly what is required to light venues of all sizes.
This year alone we have provided lighting support on the Google Cloud Event at the ExCeL Centre, OMEGA’s 60th anniversary at Tate Modern and the IAFF Congress.

Staging 
Whether it’s a full-length catwalk, a conference layout or even a single staging block, we can provide staging to suit any occasion. Staging can often be the focal point within any space. As a result, this needs to stand out and we can create bespoke staging areas dependent on the individual client’s requirements.
Our vast experience has seen us supply the staging for Alison Brooks Architects’ 21st Birthday Celebration at Somerset House, a University of Bristol strategy launch at National Gallery and a European Space Agency Conference held at the Science Museum.
All of our stages are assembled safely and quickly by our expert teams and we are even able to carpet the stage and skirt the sides; custom to the theme of the event.

Our Creative Team will work closely with any client to understand what they want to achieve with their event and what message (if any) they wish to convey. We will then use our state-of-the-art technology to ensure that this is achieved, going above and beyond their initial expectations.
